Dieter has a degree in communication management from XIOS College in Hasselt and following his internship he immediately went to to work for the Brussels branch of international PR agency Edelman. He joined RCA Group in 2007 as a PR consultant but his focus soon shifted towards social media and digital communication in general. His expertise in this field developed rapidly and before long this led to the establishment of a social media team at RCA Group. In 2012 Dieter was appointed digital director of the RCA Group. Apart from his social media expertise he is well-versed in the management of digital strategic projects and online reputation management. He helped launch the social media activities of Flemish public transport company De Lijn, the Belgian national railway company NMBS and the Public Employment Service of Flanders VDAB but with Audi Belgium, Thomas Cook and Aperol Spritz his track record in the private sector is equally admirable.
